You always rent the entire house – no one will disturb you, and you’ll be there only with your loved ones. The comfortable accommodation capacity is 12 guests in four separate apartments. The price is fixed for up to 12 people, regardless of the number of guests. For the 13th and each additional person, regardless of age, we charge a one-time fee of 1,000 CZK. Each apartment offers complete privacy; the shared areas include the main room with a kitchen, outdoor gazebo, gallery balcony, and wellness area.

There’s no need to bring much with you – everything is prepared for your stay: bed linen, towels, hair dryers, ironing board, iron, washing machine, dryer, baby cot, changing table, 3 high chairs, a small children’s table, kitchen placemats, dish towels, toiletries, outdoor grill, and beer tap equipment.

Don’t forget to bring swimming armbands, a float ring, diving goggles, or perhaps plastic darts. In winter, bring swim caps for the children and a candle for the chapel. On the other hand, please leave portable speakers, drones, pets, and bottled water at home – our tap water is excellent!

If several guests request the same date, the booking will be granted to the person whose payment is received first.
